What moves the price up or down
Almost all of the cost is in how many different things the bot has to do and how much it has to remember. These are the factors that weigh the most:
- 1Number of features: every system (levels, giveaways, tickets, moderation) is work of its own.
- 2Stored data: levels, coins, inventories or histories need a well designed database.
- 3Integrations: Twitch, YouTube, payment providers or other APIs add testing and upkeep.
- 4Web panel: if you want to change settings from a page and not with commands, that is a separate build.
- 5A design of its own: cards and images generated by the bot, with your community’s identity.
- 6Server size: a large community needs a bot that can handle a lot of activity at once.

A simple, a medium and a complex bot
A simple bot does things like welcoming members, assigning automatic roles, answering info commands or opening basic tickets. It is the fastest to deliver.
A medium one adds systems that store data: XP levels with roles per level, automatic giveaways, moderation with logs or minigames.
A complex one connects several systems to each other: an economy with a shop, generated cards, an admin panel and external integrations. RobleisBOT, the bot I built for the Robleis community, is in this category.
Costs that are not development
A bot has to be on 24 hours a day somewhere, usually a server or a bot hosting service. If there is a web panel, you also need a domain. Before you accept a quote, ask who takes care of that and what it costs each month.
What my plans and custom bots cost
My plans are a one-time payment. Starter costs $50 and is a complete basic server, delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Pro costs $180 and adds a custom bot, anti-raid, tickets, captcha, levels and minigames, in 2 to 4 days. Elite starts from $400 for large or complex projects and includes 3 rounds of revisions.
If all you need is the bot, I work by project. A simple bot starts from $150. A custom bot with fuller systems (levels, economy, giveaways, minigames or integrations) starts from $500, and larger ones are quoted by project. A website starts from $1000. You tell me what you need, we agree on the scope, the price and the deadline, and I confirm everything before I start.
How to ask for a quote that is useful
The more specific you are, the more exact the price. These details are enough:
- 1What the bot must do, in short sentences.
- 2A server or a bot you like as a reference.
- 3Roughly how big your community is.
- 4Whether you need integrations (Twitch, YouTube, payments) or a web panel.
- 5When you need it by.
